Do I need new hardware?
Usually not. Gudport runs on a regular PC, laptop or tablet and works with standard barcode scanners, thermal printers and cash drawers. We check your setup in the demo.
I have never used a POS. Is it hard?
Most cashiers are comfortable within the first hour. The checkout screen shows only what is needed to bill, and everything else stays in the back office.
Can I stop counting stock by hand?
Day to day, yes. Every sale and return updates stock automatically. A quick cycle count now and then catches damages and theft.
What if I open a second store?
Move to the Chain plan. Your products, customers and history carry over and the new store joins the same dashboard.
