What happens between the first scan and the printed bill
- 01
Item is scanned
The product, variant and current price load instantly. If the item is low or out at this store, the cashier sees it.
- 02
Basket is priced
Offers and per-line GST apply as the basket builds. A returning customer's history and eligible offers attach to the bill.
- 03
Payment is taken
UPI, card, cash or a split of all three. The bill closes only when tender equals the total.
- 04
Stock and records update
Units deduct from inventory on every till, the sale enters reporting and the customer profile gains a visit.

Which barcode scanners and printers work?
Standard USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners that act as a keyboard work out of the box, as do common 58mm and 80mm thermal receipt printers. We confirm your exact hardware during the demo.
Can cashiers give discounts on their own?
Only if you allow it. Manual discounts can be limited by role, capped by percentage or require a manager's approval at the till.
What happens if the internet drops?
The till keeps billing. Sales are queued on the device and synced to inventory and reports as soon as the connection returns.
