What hardware does Gudport work with?
A Windows PC, laptop or tablet with a modern browser, standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners, 58mm or 80mm thermal receipt printers and cash drawers connected through the printer. We confirm your specific models before you go live.
Which payment methods and gateways are supported?
UPI, cards through a connected payment terminal, cash and split tender on one bill. Payment terminal and gateway options are confirmed during setup, based on the provider you use or prefer.
Is there a long contract?
No lock-in. Plans run month to month or yearly. You can cancel before your next billing period and export all of your data first.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move from Starter to Growth, or to Chain when you open another store. Your products, customers and history carry over.
Is setup and data import included?
Yes. We help import your products, barcodes, stock and customer list, and walk your staff through the till before go-live.
