01Agreement
These terms apply when you create an account or use the point-of-sale service, including the checkout, inventory, customer recognition, multi-store and reporting modules. By signing up or using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
02Accounts and staff access
- The account owner is responsible for the staff accounts they create and the roles they assign.
- Each person should use their own login. Credentials must not be shared between staff members.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
03The service
We provide checkout, live inventory tracking, reorder suggestions, demand forecasts, customer recognition and reports. Suggestions and forecasts are decision support, based on your sales data. You remain responsible for purchasing, pricing and stock decisions.
The service does not place purchase orders with suppliers automatically unless you explicitly enable and configure that workflow.
04Plans, fees and billing
Fees depend on your plan and the number of stores and registers, as set out in your written quote or order. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Taxes are added where applicable.
If a payment is overdue, we will notify you before restricting access. Billing history and data export remain available while any balance is resolved. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations.
05Your data
You own the data you put into the service, including products, sales, stock and customer records. You grant us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and, where needed, consent to record end-customer details at checkout. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
06Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful retail operations and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or end customers at risk.
07Availability and offline use
We work to keep the service available at all times and to schedule maintenance outside trading hours where possible. Tills can continue billing during a temporary loss of connection and sync when it returns. Hardware, internet connections and payment providers outside our control can affect availability.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales, arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.
09Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at the end of any billing period. We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously breached and not remedied after notice. In either case, you will have an opportunity to export your data before it is deleted.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
