01Purpose
The service is built for running retail stores: billing, stock, customers and reporting. This policy sets out what is not allowed, so the service stays reliable and safe for every store and their customers.
02Lawful trade only
- Do not use the service to sell goods that are illegal to sell where you trade.
- Do not issue misleading invoices, under-report sales or misstate taxes.
- Keep the product, tax and pricing information you enter accurate.
03Respecting end customers
- Record customer details only with their consent and only for serving them in your store.
- Do not export customer lists to sell, rent or hand them to other businesses.
- Delete a customer's profile when they ask you to.
- Do not send unsolicited messages to customers who have not agreed to hear from you.
04Security of the service
- Do not attempt to access other stores' accounts or data.
- Do not probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Do not overload the service with automated requests, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not share staff logins or disable audit features to hide activity.
05Enforcement
If use of an account breaks this policy, we may contact the account owner, restrict specific features or suspend access. Where the risk is serious or ongoing, we may act first and explain afterwards. Data export remains available except where law prevents it.
