For retail chains
Run every store like it's the one you're standing in.
When you have more than one location, the hard part is not selling. It is knowing what every store holds, what every store charges and which ones are performing. Gudport answers all three from one dashboard.

What head office gets
Control from the centre. Speed at every counter.
Central stock visibility
Every product, every variant, every store on one screen. Know where stock sits before you reorder more of it.
Consistent pricing
One base price list across the chain, with store and region rules where a location genuinely needs them.
Transfers that balance
Move slow stock from one store to where it sells. Both counts update on dispatch and receipt.
Chain-wide reporting
Compare stores on sales, margin, sell-through and stock cover, or drill into one product across all of them.
Access by role
Owners see the chain, area managers their region, store managers their store, cashiers only the till.
Open stores faster
New locations start with the full catalogue, pricing and roles already in place.
Monday morning
The four questions every chain owner asks.
And where Gudport answers them, without a call to each store manager.
Which store has the stock?
Search any product and see live counts for every location, including stock in transit between stores.
Are prices the same everywhere?
Prices come from the central list. Exceptions are rules you can see, not edits someone made on a till.
Which store is carrying the chain?
Sales and margin by store, side by side, for today or any period, without consolidating spreadsheets.
What should we buy for next season?
Demand forecasts and sell-through per product show what each store actually moves.
Chain plan
Built around how many stores you run.
- Multiple stores on one account
- Centralized dashboard and per-store rules
- Customer recognition across all locations
- Demand forecasting per product, per store
- Guided rollout, store by store
Questions
What chains ask us first.
Can we roll out one store at a time?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with one location, confirm the catalogue and pricing, then add stores on a schedule that suits you.
Do customers get recognized in every store?
Yes. A customer who shops at one location is recognized at any other location on the same account.
Can we bring data from our current POS?
Products, barcodes, stock and customer lists can be imported from exports of most systems. We review the files with you before go-live.
How is chain pricing worked out?
By the number of stores and registers. We share a written quote after the demo.
Your turn at the counter
Ring up a sale. Watch the shelf answer back.
Tap items to scan them. Stock drops with every unit, and anything that crosses its reorder point is flagged the moment it happens. Push the Cotton Shirt past 4 units to see it.
