Questions

Asked at every demo.

Do customers have to sign up for anything?

No app or loyalty card is needed. Staff add the customer to the bill with their consent and the profile builds from there.

Can a customer ask to be removed?

Yes. A profile can be deleted from the back office, and their name is removed from future recognition.

Do you use my customer data for anyone else?

No. Your customers' data is used only to serve your store. It is not pooled, sold or used to market to them on behalf of others.
